“Went through 8 weeks of life coaching and it was a great experience. To think about where I was when I started the program and where I am now, I’ve made huge strides along the way. Having Zach hold me accountable allowed me to look at things from a different perspective — I highly recommend it.”

Real shifts, in their own words.
Everything you’re wondering about coaching.
What happens in a coaching session?
Every session starts with a quick check-in to see how you’re arriving.
Depending on what you need, we might begin with a short embodiment practice: breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, or stretching. The goal is simple: get out of your head and back into your body.
From there, the session is yours. You bring whatever feels most important: relationships, career, purpose, health, confidence, difficult decisions, or simply something you can’t quite put into words yet.
Think of it this way: you’re the pilot. I’m the co-pilot. I ask questions, offer perspectives, challenge limiting beliefs, and help you move toward greater clarity and intentional action.
Most clients leave feeling lighter, more grounded, more confident, and with clear next steps.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on the person and the level of commitment they bring to the process.
I typically ask clients to spend at least 30 minutes between sessions reflecting, reviewing goals, and completing agreed-upon actions. Coaching isn’t something that only happens during our sessions. The real transformation happens between them.
Many clients begin noticing meaningful shifts within the first few weeks, with deeper, lasting change developing over time.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Both coaching and therapy are incredibly valuable, but they serve different purposes.
Therapy often focuses on understanding how past experiences, trauma, or emotional patterns influence the way you’re showing up today. Licensed therapists are also trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
Coaching is primarily present and future focused. Together, we’ll explore where you are today, where you want to go, what’s getting in your way, and how you can move forward with greater clarity, courage, and accountability.
Many people benefit from both therapy and coaching at different stages of life.
What does ICF Certified mean?
ICF stands for the International Coaching Federation, the world’s leading organization for professional coaching.
Being ICF Certified means I’ve completed accredited coach training, demonstrated coaching competency, logged required coaching hours, and agreed to follow a strict code of ethics and professional standards.
How much does coaching cost?
Pricing depends on the type of support you’re looking for.
Individual coaching sessions start at $199. I also offer group workshops and longer coaching packages, including my 12-week coaching program for clients looking for deeper transformation.
Scholarship options are available for locals in Mexico and on a case-by-case basis. Just mention it in your application.
If you’re unsure which option is the best fit, we can discuss it during a complimentary discovery call.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes. I work with clients across the United States and internationally through Zoom.
As long as you have a reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and the ability to be fully present during our sessions, we can work together from almost anywhere in the world.
What is the O.M.E. Framework?
OME stands for Ontological, Mindfulness, and Ecological coaching.
Ontological coaching focuses on your way of being: how you think, communicate, relate to others, and show up in your life.
Mindfulness helps you build awareness of the present moment so you can notice your thoughts, emotions, habits, and patterns without immediately reacting to them.
Ecological coaching looks at the bigger picture. Every decision creates ripple effects throughout your life. If you decide to quit smoking, for example, we also explore the needs smoking was meeting (connection, stress relief, belonging) and find healthier ways to meet those same needs.
The goal is to create change that supports your whole life, not just one isolated area.
How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?
If you’re asking yourself this question, there’s a good chance you’re already closer than you think.
Some people come to coaching because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or know something needs to change. Others are already doing well but want greater clarity, stronger accountability, or support through an important transition.
Whether you’re navigating your career, relationships, purpose, health, or simply want to become a more intentional version of yourself, coaching creates a space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with confidence.
